Reviews contracts, leases, and other legal documents; researches legal issues and recommends revisions as necessary. Reviews, and recommends approval of policies and procedures, regulations, and other legal documents. Manage and assist the legal team in fulfilling the legal tasks efficiently. Check and review all legal document before approval Negotiate, draft and review contracts and ensure that they conform to the company’s needs.
